I absolutely loved the elegant and sophisticated decoration of the hotel. The furniture was beautiful, with antique accents and comfortable seating areas where I could relax and read a book. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to move around with my walking cane. It was truly a joy to stay in such a lovely and accessible environment.

I would have appreciated if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated in the central area, very close to the Augustaplatz bus stop to explore the surrounding villages and within walking distance to the old city center. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Lastly, the breakfast provided is a delightful start to the day.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable - from the beautifully decorated rooms to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Secondly, the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city center, close to everything I needed. Lastly, the value for money was outstanding - I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable this hotel was. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

The cultural heart of the festival city is just a short walk away. So many hiking trails to make up for the lack of reception services. Pretending to be an Airbnb is super trendy these days!

Who needs a code or someone to answer the phone when checking in? Such outdated concepts!
